Let us know which space needs a coating, such as a garage, lanai, patio, pool deck, indoor room, shop or restaurant kitchen, and its approximate size, either square footage or number of car bays. Describe the concrete as it is now: bare, painted, coated before, oil-stained, cracked or damp. If water got in during a storm, or a condo board, HOA or landlord must approve the job, say so.
